2/15/20 employee reported back pain to supervisor, seen by ER/issued full release, finished rotation & went on days off. EE reported off 1st scheduled shift 2/21 stating personal doctor had taken EE off work pending a MRI. Company was unable to confirm as work related. 3/10 MRI was negative/doctor deemed it re-aggravation to 2/15/20 incident making it reportable
