EE reports walking under L47 bucket when struck hard hat. EE stated neck was a little sore did not want to see an EMT, and returned to work. Next day EE c/o increased symptoms of EE's chronic neck condition. Evaluated by NP. EE works daily with restrictions due to chronic personal health condition, more restrictions added.
