## Narrative

Employee parked the 570 CAT 793F haul truck at the Mine Annex parking lot and was in the process of getting off of the truck. After employee deployed the Powerstep ladder they slipped with their right foot and fell down the Powersteps. The employee injured their lower back and both arms. The employee stated that the steps were slippery with mud at the time of the incident
