## Narrative

EE was entering the coal mill to preform work. The trunnion roller assembly was rolled out for maintenance, this created a small void near the assembly. As EE entered the mill left foot became stuck in the void. EE lost balance. EE was able to catch themselves partway through the fall but not before a substantial amount of pressure was applied to their shin breaking their fibula.
