Narrative

Employee was operating a jack leg and the leg was extended. Lost balance and fell. EE's hand was still holding on to jackleg handle and was caught between the handle and a rebar bolt that was stood on the rib. Employee was seen at ED. X-ray negative but did require 3 sutures to close laceration.
