Narrative

Employee was operating miner on 004 section EE was cutting coal in the 7R crosscut EE was cutting the first sump in on the left side loading a shuttle car when a piece of bottom rock 24""x30"" flipped out from under the ripper head and struck EE in the lower right leg.
