The injured while bolting in #4 entry of 8 East Bleeders was pushing a bolt up in the hole so the injured could place the wrench on it. The injured felt something pop in the left shoulder causing pain and numbness in left arm and hand. The Injured was diagnosed with multilevel degenerative changes to cervical spine with central canal stenosis on March 25, 2020.
