A unplanned roof fall occurred in the intersection of #5 entry of Cumberland West at 70 xc. The fall was due to irregularities in the geological conditions in that area (sand channel intrusion and a nearby gas well). The fall filled the 16' wide intersection and was about 8' above the anchorage point.
