Miner was attempting to remove a frayed piece of rubber from a haul truck tire by pulling on it. When they pulled they felt a ""pop"" in right shoulder followed by minor pain. Our mine Supervisor took the employee to a local med clinic and they receive a steroid shot and some minor restrictions for a sprain.
