## Narrative

While constructing a corrugated metal panel tunnel, panel shifted before bolts were installed to make connection. Employee states when panel shifted it struck ladder, resulting in fall to left side of body. When asked if okay, responded yes and returned to work. Was taken to clinic on 4/15/20 for exam and released full duty. Returned for follow-up 4/22/20
