## Narrative

While removing a belt roller the employee felt a burning sensation in abdomen. EE continued to work this day and finished the shift. On 4-30-2020 the EE was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia at hospital. The employee has a family history of umbilical hernias, also the Dr. attributes age and weight gain to the condition.
