## Narrative

Employee was diagnosed with pneumonia on 5/8/20. It turned to double pneumonia on 5/9/20. On 5/10/20 EE was informed they also had valley fever. On, 5-14-20, EE decided they were going to file a workman's comp. claim against the company, saying the valley fever was contracted at the mine. There's no evidence from the dr's that the valley fever came from the minesite.
