Narrative

Employee stated while drilling hole for outside bolt in first row of #8 entry, a rock 27""x8""x3"" fell from the top onto the canopy, slid off canopy and fell to the drill steel tray. EE stated the rock struck and injured EE's Rt 3rd & 4th finger. EE was transported to medical facility where EE was treated and released to full duty.
