## Narrative

IE stated that EE was examining the belt line. IE slipped and began to fall forward.  When EE tried to catch self from falling forward, EE grabbed the belt chain with EE's right hand and hog panel with EE's left hand and then felt pain in both shoulders. The IE had surgery on 5/15/2020 making this reportable.
