Alleged cond. was to have occurred while repetitive motion of working on EE's knees. Compliance with rules/regs, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency and PPE could have been a factor. Employee did not start to miss work until 5-12-2020 from this condition where a diagnosis of a right patellar bursitis was made by an Orthopedic doctor on the 5-13-20.
