On 11/8/2019 while an employee was watching a paste pour, the 6 inch line surged causing it to drop & contact EE's head, neck and shoulder on right side. Evaluated at ER and given full work release. The Operator was made aware the employee had seen a doctor & scheduled for shoulder surgery on 5/18/2020. 1st shift missed was on 5/13/2020.
