Narrative

EE was cleaning out material that spilled onto a take up pulley. EE was positioned inside the belt standing on the pulley. As a rock on one side of the pulley was freed, the pulley began to roll and EE's foot was caught between the belt and the pulley. EE was taken to the ER. X-rays showed no broken bones but was taken off of work to follow-up with an orthopedic surgeon.
