Narrative

Employee was cleaning buildup around the B9 conveyor belt. When employee went to take a break, employee believes the rake may have caught on the grating or their foot causing employee to be off balance. As the employee stepped back there was a stair case which the employee tripped and went down two or three steps. The employee indicated their right leg twisted.
