Narrative

Employee along with EE's partner were loading 20' sections of 4"" aqua (PVC) pipe onto a flatbed for transport. While lifting a section of the pipe EE's partner lost grip & dropped the end of the pipe causing the other end to bounce up & contact the employees upper right incisor tooth. Seen by dentist for chip full release issued, making this reportable.
