## Narrative

Injured employee was working on the longwall face, pulling in shields. As the shearer passed near EE's location the tailgate side drum picked up a large piece of coal, the piece of coal hit the pan and then struck employee on shoulder and foot. Employee has not been able to return to regular job duties.
