## Narrative

Contract worker was to weld a bracket on a belt winder. The gas welder was not working properly so EE decided on own to wire up an AC welder. The screwdriver touched the side of the elect. box and a power wire resulting in 2nd degree burns to EE's right hand. Upon company investigation, EE was attempting to wire on the live side of the visual disconnect.
