Narrative

Employee was enlarging a 9/16"" hole in a stainless steel transition for a slide gate when the drill bit, bit on the edge of the hole and the drill twisted in the employees hand, twisting EE's wrist. Employee was fine but woke up the next morning with minor swelling.
