2/25/2020 Miner was hammering 6"" pipe apart and pulling and felt something in EE's rt. elbow. It was determined to be an unspecified strain on 2/28/2020 by Dr. EE was treated with Ice and OTC meds on. 6/10/2020 went back continuing problems it was determined with to be a torn muscle at would require surgery on 6/23/2020. The miner worked EE's duties up until 6/23/2020.
