## Narrative

EE was completing the installation of an auto header system for the alimak. EE had climbed up a ladder and then stepped over onto a hose reel to wire tie the hoses to the back. EE felt the hose reel start to move so EE decided to jump from the top of the hose reel, landing with EE's right foot sliding under the hose guide, fracturing and spraining EE's right ankle.
