Narrative

On 5/15/20 employee informed management that R hand has been hurting and it hurts all the time. It started about a year ago when building a house. Now it's an every day thing - for the last 6-8 mos. Sent for a nerve conduction study and both R/L carpel tunnel syndrome was diagnosed. Surgery was scheduled for 06/23 for R hand and then on 07/14 for L hand.
