employee was taking coal height measurements in #8 heading when a piece of drawrock fell striking employee in the lower back, employee was down on knees getting the measurements when the rock hit them, height in the area was 77"". Employee was treated and released to return back to work and worked until 7/13/20 when employee was taking off work
