## Narrative

Employee was injured while installing a sprocket on a drive shaft in the maintenance shop. EE was striking the sprocket with a hammer when a piece of metal approximately 1/4"" in size sheared from the sprocket and stuck into EE's right arm. EE received one stitch to close the wound. EE was wearing gloves, safety glasses and a hard hat.
