Narrative

The EE was working on Tower No. 1. The chute over the scalping screen stopped up and spilled rock out of the chute. The EE saw the material begin to fall, and a 6"" rock hit EE in the back causing a Contusion. Doctor put EE on restricted duty for one week, thus causing the accident to be reportable.
