## Narrative

Empty coal hauler turned in outby of entry #6, continuous miner operator in the face of #6 entry moved behind the tail of the miner to check sights. Empty hauler proceeded to back towards miner for loading, miner operator remained behind tail. Miner operator became pinned between tail of miner and tailgate of coal hauler. Miner operator suffered severe injuries to upper R leg.
