## Narrative

Miner was walking on the concrete sidewalk and lost their footing as they stepped on a 2"" rock.  The employee began to fall and caught themselves on a nearby parked piece of equipment.  The employee reported pain in their knee and later sought medical treatment.  The employee was placed on restricted work duties.
