Employee strained groin while loading bolter. Employee continued to work through 5/29/20. On 6/1/20 elected to self exclude themselves from work by going on furlough due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Employee remained on furlough until the mine fully reopened on 7/27/20 at which time they returned to work. While on furlough, employee had a hernia repair on 6/15/20.
