An unplanned and reportable roof fall occurred at the #24 Bk #3 entry intersection on the F-11 Longwall panel (33 Butt. There were no injuries and the ventilation system was not disrupted. The longwall stageloader from the discharge to the crusher is currnetly under the fall. This occurrence was immediately reported.
