Narrative

Contract employee was reaching for a grease gun while kneeling down on a cement floor, claims that lower back ""popped"". Cause of this injury was body positioning and over-reaching. Compliance with rules/regs/ PPE, equipment/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
