Narrative

IE was drilling a hole to install a roof bolt. When the IE was adding the ""pusher"" steel a piece of loose rock fell striking EE's left ring and middle fingers causing a laceration. IE was brought out and took to be checked out where IE received stitches. IE returned on EE's next scheduled shift.
