Employee was working in an awkward (close quarters) position, removing the horizontal pins from lw shield relay bars. EE was using a 2lb hammer. The hammer glanced off the pin head and EE's momentum caused EE to strike right elbow on the relay bar in the area of the ""funny bone"".
