## Narrative

Attempting to clear a blockage of AN from the bed auger utilizing a pressure washer. The first maintenance worker asked the driver of the truck to test the auger, the second maintenance worker had opened the auger inspection door and reached inside as the driver started the auger. Resulting in Amputation to the Index & Middle Fingers from the second knuckle on the left hand.
