Narrative

Injured employee was adjusting a hose when the employee was struck on right leg by a rock measuring approximately 20"" in length by 15"" in width by 6"" in thickness. Based on the results of an MRI that the operator received on 9/10/2020 it was determined that the employee will need surgery to repair ACL. This is now being reported as a lost time incident.
