Narrative

The operator of the 25 Rubber Tire Dozer was responding to a rock spill at the bottom of the 801 haul road. As they approached the spill the dozer hit a pot hole/soft spot in the haul road causing the operator to get jostled. They operator struck their head on the right ROP inside the cab causing injury.
