Employee was pre-shifting belt line, stepped flat footed on a piece of coal or in a hole, hyperextending EE's left knee. Employee returned to regular job at full capacity. Employee's pain increased overtime so employee visited the doctor. MRI results received 9/17/2020 revealed surgery would be required to repair meniscus.
