Employee was climbing a ladder when EE felt a ""pop"" in ring finger of right hand. Incident reported immediately to supervisor, did not require medical attention. Complained of more discomfort weeks later, evaluated by doctor. Prescribed PT on 9/28/20 to begin on 9/30/20.
