## Narrative

Non-mining related airplane with 3 people on board crashed into dredge lake 5000 feet away from mining activities. Complete destruction of air plane and 3 fatalities who were pilot and passengers. Impairment impacted production due to the search and recovery of plane and passengers.  Airplane passenger was killed as a result of the crash.
