## Narrative

Oiler was preparing to fuel 527 Loader. When EE turned to the left, right knee ""gave out"" and EE collapsed to the ground.  EE was examined by a physician and diagnosed with a comminuted femur fracture and torn ligaments which will likely require surgery to repair.
