Narrative

Injured employee was taking down sections of mono-rail on the 2W Longwall headgate area and stacking them on top of the stageloader for removal. After picking up a section from the mine floor, EE turned to cross over the stageloader and felt pain in lower back. Employee began missing work on 10/8/20 due to this injury.
