## Narrative

EE was inspecting a noise on a shaft under sand classifier. EE placed right hand on the guard as they leaned in to take a closer look and the key stock on the end of the shaft caught the tip of a glove and pulled a finger into the guard.  EE received a 1/4"" laceration to the side of the right pointer finger.
