Employee was crawling when employee struck head against a cable bolt causing down pressure on neck.  This is a questionable injury, the employee did not begin missing work until 10/14/2020.  It did not involve any equipment or compliance issues.  It also did not involve job skills, proficiency, training, PPE or protective devices.
