Narrative

On 11/03/2020 a Utility Crew laborer was moving a wheelbarrow with material in it when they stepped on a rock they didn't see, and their leg slipped causing the wheelbarrow to pull them forward. The job was completed, and the employee left for the day. The employee woke up on 11/04/2020 with more pain in their lower back and reported it to a supervisor who took them to the clinic.
