## Narrative

Worker was repairing a belly dump trailer. EE used a jack to jack up the trailer. When the EE reached through the gates to move a railroad tie. EE either hit the jack or the jack moved in the dirt causing the trailer to drop, closing the gates on the EE's arm. Barney trucking reported verbally to MSHA on 10/20/2020.
