Miner (welder) was air arcing on a dragline bucket in the shop, after, when miner was repositioning the torch they bumped it. The hot stinger tip struck left arm and burned through welder coat, resulting in a third degree burn approx. 1"" No Restrictions, No Lost Work Days, Treated with Silvadene Prescription.
