Narrative

Ee was at Vista Pit performing walk around on RTD021 after break. Ee was walking on back of counterweight while holding the handrail. The handrail broke loose from the mounting bracket and the ee fell about 5 feet to the ground, injuring right leg/hip, and low back. Fracture right hip.
