## Narrative

EE was drilling a 12' hole, so that EE could install a 12' cable bolt. EE stated ""I had just put the last piece of stack steel in the drill pot to finish drilling the hole,"" at which time EE pushed the joystick / rotation, at which time the drill pot caught EE's glove, wrapping EE's arm around the steel once. EE walked self back around the steel.
